This page brings StudyVest’s key trust, financial-education and newsroom disclosures into one place.
Financial education, not personal advice
StudyVest provides general financial education and information. It does not provide personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice, does not recommend that a reader buy or sell a specific investment, and does not guarantee returns. Investments can rise or fall in value and may involve loss.
Live news is automatically published
The Weekly Market Debrief newsroom automatically discovers, deduplicates, classifies and publishes relevant source alerts. Individual source alerts are not necessarily manually reviewed before they appear. Each item shows its original source and timestamp so readers can inspect the underlying report.
Short summaries
News summaries are concise educational summaries generated from source metadata and StudyVest’s category context. They are designed to help readers understand the headline quickly, not replace the original article or primary document.
Sources and third-party reporting
A source alert means that the named source reported the story. Publication by StudyVest is not an endorsement of every claim in the source. Third-party reporting may later be corrected, updated or contradicted. Where a matter concerns allegations, investigations or legal proceedings, allegations should not be treated as established findings.
Freshness
The live feed is designed around a 24-hour window. Stories from the previous 1–7 days move to Earlier Coverage. Source systems and publishers can have their own delays, and timestamps may reflect the source’s publication time rather than the moment StudyVest discovered the story.
Corrections and updates
StudyVest can correct or update a source alert when better information becomes available. Material public corrections can remain attached to the briefing. See the Corrections Policy for the formal process.
Market information
Market, currency, economic and company information can become outdated quickly. StudyVest aims to show dates and sources where current information matters. Educational examples and simulations are illustrative and are not forecasts.
Automated and AI-assisted features
Some StudyVest features use automated systems to retrieve, classify, summarise or explain information. Automated output can be incomplete or wrong. Current or consequential information should be checked against the cited source or relevant official material.
